Benjamin Lee Cline was born in Stillwater, Oklahoma on February 29, 1972 and previously served for 16 years in the Virginia House of Delegates. He replaced Vance Wilkins, who resigned, and is up for re-election in 2021.
He serves on many committees which include Commerce and Labor, Courts of Justice, Finance (Vice-Chair), and Militia, Police and Public Safety.
