Robert Cortez Scott was born on April 30th, 1947 in Washington D.C. and has been serving as a representative for 26 years and is up for re-election in 2021.

Currently, he is on the Committee of Education and the Workforce and has sponsored the Death in Custody Reporting Act of 2013. In the future, he plans to continue improving Education for everyone.

Shaun Brown was convicted of stealing from a program meant to feed needy children and was disqualified from the 2018 Congressional election, where she ran in the 2nd District. However, she maintains her innocence and continues to run in this election

While listed on the ballot, Shaun Brown has not established a party platform for the 2020 election. However, according to her Facebook Page, "She supports progressive values and a bright future for Hampton Roads."
